Our Return Policy:
We have a fifteen day (15 day) return policy, and we offer store credit. There is a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must be received within 15 days of the invoice (shipping) date. Please allow 10 days transit time for shipping items back to us. We will attempt to contact you by email when we have received and processed your return items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders paid by check, money order, or gift card only exchanges or store credit will be granted. For orders over $500 or orders with more than 6 items (whichever is greater) only exchanges or store credit will be granted. If you return items late, only exchanges or store credit will be granted.
If you are dissatisfied with the products you have ordered (example: product does not fit), return the items (see below for more details.)
Use the enclosed return form – just fill it out and send it all back to us. (It is very important to fill out the return form – without it we won’t be able to process your return quickly.)
Return the item to us in new condition – unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging and with all labels and tags attached so that it is received in our office within 15 days of the invoice (shipping) date. All items are inspected, and any items damaged in the washer, dryer, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
Important! You are responsible for return postage and the condition in which your item arrives to us. We will not accept return items damaged by the carrier because of improper packaging. Certain items (such as molded cup bras) are shipped to you in a box to protect the item during shipping, use the same box or comparable square priority mail box to return the item to us. We recommend that you also insure the package.
